- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our most common rental management package is $125 per unit per month with a lease fee of $1,000 per move in. For our HOA clients, the most common rate is $30 per unit per month with variations in rate based on unit count. Pillar Property Management provides owners of larger rental portfolios discounted unit pricing and/or reduced lease fees. No hidden fees, no surprise charges - our contract is thorough and lists all possible expenses. We go over the scenarios for each option so you can make an educated decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We gather property information from the owner to prepare a custom presentation; once a contract is selected we begin the 20 step Implementation Checklist. Depending on the size of your portfolio, Implementation could take 1 to 4 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We maintain the following industry certifications: AHM, BOS, TaCCs, NALP, and OSHA10.
