I’m extremely satisfied with their work. Not only did they provide a professional and thorough solution, but they also corrected issues left behind by a previous waterproofing company that didn’t do the job properly.

Patrick (the owner) was responsive, timely, honest, and professional from first contact through project completion. His initial estimate/visit was focused on providing a solution to solve my water problem using the most efficient, effective, and 'best bang for the buck' method that was unique and right for my situation & home. I NEVER felt like he was pressuring me or pushing for the easy, generic one-size-fits-all option, or an expensive approach that only benefited him. We started with the basics and worked up to more complex solutions through an authentic conversation between a proud business owner and a potential future customer. He laid out his plan in a way that was easy for me to visualize and understand the work to be done.
Patrick's quote/price for the project was extremely reasonable (2 other company quotes couldn't even come close in both scope of work & price), and the final product turned out to be exactly what was promised. He and his team executed a clean install and flawless clean-up. I was sent timely updates and photos of the progress throughout the installation, which was greatly appreciated while I was at work.
I am fully confident in the work Patrick and 5-star did, and the peace of mind knowing my basement is safe from future water issues is an awesome feeling.

5 star is the real deal, I highly recommend them. We had a huge water issue at my house. We live in a flood zone and have been previously damaged by Hurricane Sandy. My house has been lifted since then but we were still having a huge water issue in our garage. Everytime it rained water would come up through the cement floor and even the block on the walls were wet. My husband and I were very concerned, honestly afraid of the financial burden this could have been to fix.
Patrick came out and looked at the problem. He came up with a plan and he got to work. Patrick came in and put trenches around the entire inside perimeter of the garage (mind you, my garage is actually the entire ground level of my home since the house is lifted), made french drains that go to an automatic pump and then cemented over the french drains. He scheduled us in right away and did the entire job in 2-3 days start to finish. It was amazing actually. Its already been almost a year and that garage has stayed BONE DRY. I highly recommend Patrick for your own waterproofing jobs, hes highly knowledgeable, fair, neat, and works fast. Thanks again, Patrick, you did an amazing job!!
