What an AMAZING experience! I planned a surprise birthday party with dinner for 4 couples at our home and I cannot express how wonderful the evening was. Chef Francis was a pleasure to deal with from the begging of the process. We had several allergies to take into consideration and Francis gave us many menu choices that would work. In the end, the menu we chose and the food he prepared was amazing. Chef arrived as scheduled, he was so easy to work with and prepared some amazing dishes. Not only did he prepare, serve, clear every course and clean, he spent time talking about each amazing dish and made our guests feel like royalty. In the end, we had one of the best dinner parties ever and we do quite a few. The mood was perfect, the food amazing and Francis could not have been easier to work with. We would give him 6+ stars if we were able to and will most definitely be using his services again. Mark and Maria

Everything was absolutely perfect. He was punctual, professional and the food was amazing. It was a private surprise birthday dinner for my husband and 2 young kids. Chef Francis was very helpful with ideas for kids menu, and also making the menu special for my husband. Dinner was spectacular, the ambience was romantic and the flavors were to die for. We will most certainly hire Chef Francis again. At the end, the kitchen was spotless as if he was never there. Hubby said best birthday gift ever... Mission accomplished!
