Hello, my name is Kevin Neumerski. I have been a union mason for the last 19 years. I have recently started my own small business. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I was in the bricklayer union starting in 2002. I worked with the same company for 16 years till they went non union. I was lucky to work with guys that were very experienced at this trade and taught me well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come look at job and meet face to face with costumer. After discussing work I will send a ballpark figure, if figure is agreed upon I will email a formal estimate.
