Introduction: Hi, my name is Loan. Im a self taught chef who started a vegan banh mi popup during the pandemic. I was inspired by childhood nostalgic dishes that I could no longer eat, because I became a vegan in 2020. My journey began with recreating vietnamese snacks and street foods I love into new vegan versions, mostly out of a desire to create what I didn't see available. I can offer a globally inspired cuisine and also make vegan desserts and drinks.
I have experience working on a food truck, catering events, hosting dinner events, and teaching educational workshops to youth.
My values include: integrity with ingredients, low sodium and unprocessed foods. I love use of color and play in my food.
