Alexandria was exactly what we needed to pull off a flawless wedding! She introduced us to some excellent vendors and kept us on track budget-wise and time-wise. My husband and I wanted to have a one-of-a-kind event that represented us and our creativity, and Alexandria assisted us with so much enthusiasm. Due to some unique external circumstances, our wedding plan ended up changing multiple times, and we had curveballs thrown at us right up until the day of. Alexandria kept everything moving forward smoothly and was a huge help on the day of the wedding. Our wedding day was beautiful and perfect, and I wouldn't have changed a single thing. I would definitely recommend Everlasting Events for anyone in need of a wedding planner!

We hired Alexandria for her partial wedding planning services right after we booked our venue and moved across the country. Alexandria put our minds at ease while planning a destination wedding as she helped contact and coordinate our vendors. She is extremely punctual and organized which made wedding planning and most importantly, the day of our wedding run smoothly. The week leading up to the wedding she was quick to respond to any last minute questions or updates. The day of our wedding, Alexandria arrived early to prepare the decorations and guided us through each part of the day, ensuring that nothing was missed while we enjoyed our night with friends and family.

Alexandria was one of the best investments that we made for our wedding! My (now!) husband and I wanted to plan our wedding mostly on our own, but we heard that a month-of coordinator was a thing and Im SO glad it is. Even though I feel like I have a pretty good handle on event planning, there is NO chance the day would have gone as smoothly as it did without Alexandria. We clicked with her from the start, and she went above and beyond our expectations.I had so many vendors tell me how fantastic Alexandria was in her planning and communication- to the point that our venue even offered to cancel our final check in meeting because the info they received from Alexandria was so thorough. She handled all our vendor communication the week of, it was such a game changer. She also provided us with resources to organize and plan each decor item, delivery and set up.Day of the wedding, she was even MORE amazing. She also brought an assistant, Julia, who also went above and beyond (she literally held my dress train and intuitively followed my lead while my husband and I practiced our first dance a few times before the ceremony!). Alexandria and Julia made sure everything was on schedule and going according to plan. They had set up everything exactly as I had envisioned it- some thing even BETTER than I thought they could look. She handled any issues that popped up (like I totally forgot to have something to put petals in for our flower duono prob, Alexandria figured it out. Or we were running a bit behind with some photos and I was bummed that we were going to miss cocktail hournope, Alexandria got the venue to extend our cocktail hour by ten mins so we could enjoy. Unreal!!!).And then, just a few days after the wedding, Alexandria sent me over a hundred candid photo and videos she grabbed throughout the day. She captured such special little moments, it was so fun to go through them while we waited for our photographers gallery.All in allabsolutely hire Everlasting Events. Leading up to the wedding day, Alexandria took so many things off of our to-do list, from reserving our hotel block to finalizing all the vendors to helping with the timeline. She was always responsive, professional, and helpful.As for the day of, she was even better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did she make sure everyone was where they needed to be, but she helped with decorating, moving decor, and even took a ton of content for us. 2 days after the wedding I received a message with over 200 videos/photos of our wedding day. We both left our phones in the suite the entire time and because of her, we got to relive the day while we wait on our professional photos/video.If youre hesitant to book a coordinator, please do it. She was such a huge help to us and I firmly believe our day wouldnt have gone as smooth as it did, if it wasnt for Alexandria. THE BEST! Thank you!!!!

I would recommend Alexandria and Everlasting Events to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner! We worked with Alexandria throughout the entire planning process. She was so great at helping us schedule venue tours and vendor meetings, and she was always checking in to make sure our wedding was on track.And even though Alexandria was great in the months leading up to the wedding, she was even better on the day of the event. Alexandria and her assistant were SO HELPFUL in coordinating things with all of our vendors on the day of, and she also was in constant communication with both me and my husband(!!!) to make sure the day went off perfectly. Even when the weather forced us to change our plans, Alexandria made sure everything went off smoothly.I really can't recommend Alexandria enough. She was so easy to work with, so friendly, and she made our special day a stress-free and magical experience!
