Called Sam's because my heat wasn't blowing warm enough, if at all - From our initial conversation they educated me on all of my options and explained very well why I needed my system replaced. They werent pressuring, but instead, much more educational. I didnt feel pressured, but they made me aware of why just "fixing" the problem won't have lasting effects. Ended up getting the unit replaced and the experience was 5-stars. Sam's even followed up with me to ensure everything is working, which I havent experienced with a home service company before! Sam's REALLY cares!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers looking for new service are capable of scheduling an estimate or diagnostic visit either on our website or by calling our office 24/7. We have an awesome team working around the clock to provide an excellent service. 
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are OSHA certified, EPA Certified, Master HVACR License Holders, NJ HIC License Holders, Mitsubishi Diamond Dealers, American Standard Diamond Dealers, most of our staff is college educated and trained in providing high end customer service.
