AMAZING. I used Royal Premier for a work colleague who had a brief layover in Newark so I was anxious about this going smoothly. I could not be more happy with the outcome! When I called, they answered quickly and provided helpful information. The rates were fair, and I appreciated receiving informative updates throughout the trip. Both pickup and drop off were completely flawless. So happy with Royal Premier and look forward to using them in the future.
