- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on fair pricing. Every project is different, and the price will be as per project details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If work is requested, an in-person consultation will be scheduled to assess the needs of the project(s) and to get a better sense of what the potential client is looking for. A written estimate will then be provided. Should the estimate be accepted, the project will be scheduled. Every customer is important to us, and our goal is to give the highest service possible, working with you every step of the way, until the project is completed. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience overseas, in Europe (specifically in Italy), and within the United States.
