Our prices are very competitive when compared with larger companies providing the same service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact a new customer by phone and try to narrow down the issue they are having with their heating/cooling systems. We will discuss our trip charge, diagnostic fee and set up a time to inspect the equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
