Sean was courteous and professional. He arrived promptly and cleared our two-car driveway and sidewalk, salted and cleaned our cars. I definitely recommend him.

Hired him for fixing shelf’s in 4 closets. Initially he gave 6 hours estimates to complete all shelves. He came 1 hour late and took 5 hours (4-9pm) to fix 4 shelfs only and said he will come 2 days later to complete rest. Witnessing the speed of his work I decided to cancel the 2nd appointment.

I’m very sorry you’re unhappy with my services. I noticed You forgot to mention the 45 minutes we spent going over exactly what you wanted, the repairs that were needed prior to installation, the inconsistencies in the walls of your closets and the modifications that were required to make the new shelving fit. Not to mention you were over my shoulder the entire time, I even offered to rent you my tools for the night beings you were such an expert on shelf installation. Not everything goes as planned and sometimes things take longer than expected. Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do to make it right now and had you voiced your concerns to me when I arrived for the follow up visit instead of canceling, we could have worked something out. Again I’m very sorry you’re disappointed and I wish you and your family good health and all the luck in the future.
