My life has been disrupted by a viscious hacker who had installed malware on 6 of my devices. I had been cut-off from the world not being able to communicate. Hacker had locked and took control of all my devices Carlos was on time and delivered the services I needed. He gave me my life back and I am eternally grateful. He removed all malware and even installed a free malbyte program when he could have just recommended a paid antivirus program. He was very nice and courteous and I would definitely recommend his services.

I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos, and I can confidently say that I was very pleased with his services. Outstanding service. In the first meeting, Carlos drove to my home, getting there early. He was able to clear up my security issues. And recommend the proper software needed for my concerns. 1CyberOps was able to show me how my system could be compromised and gave suggestions on how to fix the problem. They spent more than 2 hours working with me to fix the problem in person at my home. Their cost are very reasonable. I plan to use 1CyberOne for any other problems that may come up in the future.
