Chris and his team were supremely professional throughout a multi-project job at our older home. We had half a dozen projects and because of their careful planning and communicating with us in advance, all jobs were completed in one full day on site with a team of 3 electricians. Chris was excellent to work with. He responded promptly to my request on a Saturday and showed up right on time. He carefully diagnosed the issues with our boiler and a few outlets that weren’t working, taking the time to think through different possible causes rather than jumping to conclusions.
What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained each step of the troubleshooting process and what he was checking and why. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the visit.

Chris was extremely meticulous and professional in diagnosing issue with circuit breaker/well pump. Of all the estimates, his was most knowledgeable and fair.
