Rich once again came to our aid! We had hired him previous for an issue in our bathroom. When our kitchen sink made a mess of our walls I knew who to call! He not only got the repair done, he got it done quickly, understanding the challenges of not having a working kitchen sink. On top of it, the new mold repelling paint should help keep any issues from occurring again.

I highly recommend Rich. He is very friendly , knowledgeable in mold & how it affects the body , and gets the job done quickly and right . We had a leak from an opening in our attic that leaked into a cracked ceiling tile in our bathtub which leaked down mold and it didn’t take him long to do at all and very satisfied with the work done . Any future mold issues I will be using his services.

Rich was very knowledgeable and had a great deal of knowledge around mold remediation and prevention. Everything we agreed on prior to starting the job was done and a few extras that Rich didn’t charge for. Rich had made my home safe and healthy for my family to move in worry free. Rich was a great professional guy who helped in removing mold in my attic. During the estimate he took time to explain and show me everything he was going to do. He is even great with the little things like putting the bootie covers on to walk through the house or lay a tarp where he is walking during the job. Takes pride in his work and gets it all done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our service labor we charge by square foot. Anywhere from 20 cents to 1.95 a square foot depending on what surface it maybe. Our walk through estimates are absoultly free. We come to your home, we do an assessment of the property to see what's causing whatever issue you maybe having free of charge. We then email you a detailed quote with a step by step break down of what it will take to remediate the area in your home, again absoultly free of charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't beat around the bush. We educate our customer and explain to them proper protocol and procedures on their remediation. Most importantly we keep our customers in the loop at all times with in process photos text directly to our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Service Resource and Restoration is a Licensed and mold assesment/removal certified company.
