  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing depends on whether it’s remote or if I have to travel. It also depends on the type of project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I will reach out to you immediately to ask a few general questions regarding your needs. Then we can decide whether a contract is necessary for ongoing projects or if it’s just a one time request, I would require a deposit before work starts.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    20+ years as an Executive Administrative professional working at all levels and many different industries. I can do various projects including but not limited to marketing research, data entry, creative services such as logos, video editing and more! I’m also a Certified Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. I prefer to notarize documents remotely to save me and my clients time and reduce costs but if you would prefer in-person, I will travel to any public location you prefer within reason.
