Mike at Allstate was great, was there the next day for a consult and came the following day to repair leaky roof. They came on time, repair went well and the value was excellent. We are so pleased, no more leaky roof, and he will be doing other jobs around the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wouldn't call our pricing system complicated, we just need to see the scope of the work to give you a fair price. Every job is different and the only way, in terms of pricing, to be fair is to accurately measure and survey each job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job is surveyed and then there is a consultation that follows to explain exactly the work that will be done. If we then can agree on the price for the service that is needed, a date is set up for the work to be started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since we are certified by Certainteed for commercial roofing, we successfully completed their training program.
