- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard design problems do not exist; so unfortunately we can not provide standard prices. Every client has their own unique design challenges and we custom tailor our pricing to each customer to give them the best value for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we like to first have a conversation over the phone to make certain we are the right architects for your project. Once we both feel comfortable working with each other, we typically recommend our clients have a project options review completed where we all agree on the best design approach. The project review also includes an estimated budget so everyone can agree on the numbers before moving ahead. Once a project review is completed, and everyone wants to move forward with the project we will provide a proposal outlining the design or drafting process. The process typically involves 3 stages: Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction
