- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price highly competitively, by the window. To get your screens cleaned is not a significant markup either, as opposed to others who may even double the job price for the screens. JQ offers many bundle deals and discounts personalized to each product to get the most value out of your service every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up a date to come out and give you an estimate face to face for clients. It is generally a 15-20 max minute walk around the property and estimate given. An invoice will then be sent via email, and we will stay in contact to schedule a date to come out and service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first began doing the local shops down by my shore house in Long Branch, New Jersey, which allowed me a year or so of training and practice to hone my skills in window detailing.
