Had a great experience with this cmpany. Laina came on time and was very friendly/respectful. Once she got inside, she asked right away if I preferred her shoes off during the initial walk through. We confirmed what areas she would clean. Before she started, she asked me if there was anything specific I'd like cleaned.She did a great and thorough job with cleaning the areas and even asked multiple times if I wanted her to clean extra spots like the fireplace mantel and the staircase. Once she finished, we did a final walk through. I did ask her if she mopped both the kitchen floor and the wood floors. She said she only did the kitchen but offered to mop the wood floors right away. I told her it was fine. My wife was also pleased with the services.
