Excellent job by the people at Floors Direct LLC. Pete and Jennifer were great to deal with helping to pick out the right carpet and get it scheduled and installed in a timely manner. Hiring Floors Direct was the absolute best decision I have ever made.Exceptional team of people! Every single person I interacted with during the project was experienced and professional. John, Alex and Steven were respectful of my home during carpet removal and floor installation. They kept the working area isolated and clean to minimize inevitable havoc that home repairs wreak on family's day to day existence. I am very pleased with the quality of the final product.Peter's communication style is excellent. He was transparent and consistent throughout the entire process: materials selection, price negotiation, scheduling, etc. It's too bad I have ran out of floors, otherwise, I would have hired them again. :)
