With over 30 years in the food & beverage business, I can offer you fast, professional and courteous service, attention to detail and an overall wonderful experience! My goal is to give you one less thing to worry about during your special event. I'm TIPS & ServSafe certified and ready to help you have a fantastic event! I have an extensive background in beverage management and specialize in high end weddings and private events. Check out one of my current jobs, The Park Chateau in East Brunswick where I've been bartending since they opened, over 6 years! I always have thought that bartending is one of the best jobs around. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most events, the fee starts $250 for the four hour's of the event. This includes the time to set up and the time to clean up. For each hour over 4 hours, I usually charge $35 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand that people can be worried about hiring someone they have never met to work during their special event. I take the time that is needed to assure them that the event will go off without a problem and with my years of experience, can help in multiple ways to ensure the party is a success!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ServeSafe certified and TIPS certified. I have a Bachelors in Business Management and a Master in Hospitality Management. I have been in this business for over 30 years and have found the the best teacher is experience.
