Came back home Friday evening and found no heat. Called Rylee Home Services first and Bill decided to come out immediately even though it was very late already. Bill was able to figure out the problem and restored the heat. Thanks for the help. It would be a very cold night without heat otherwise. Bill is super professional, efficient and the price is reasonable. Would recommend the family business to everyone.

Bill came out immediately to check my heating system. Another contractor claimed that our heater needed to replace, and was corroding. When Bill saw the picture that my husband sent, he came over immediately to check it out. Our heater, in fact, is only 15 years old, top-of-the-line, and was in good condition. What the other contractor saw as corrosion, was actually a powder coating that was purposely placed on the bottom of the unit. From now on, Rylee has our business for any heating and cooling issues.

Thank You Bill, setting up an emergency appointment and stopping by at 11:00 pm to help resolve the issue was an example of great customer service by Rylee Home Services. I would not think for a minute before recommending them with family and friends. Bill was crisp and clear in explaining the issue, resolution, sharing information with warranty support company. He was constantly following up to make sure that the process does not stop because of lack of information. He was on time as planned for replacing the defective part, was there to make sure that the system is working as expected. Helped me with information on all the questions I asked. Thank you again for the making sure that the issue was resolved.
