Leo was professional, responsive, and talked us through everything. He ended up coming for an emergency pipe break and was able to advise and help with a few other baseboard heating issues in our home. Everything was straightforward. We'll definitely be working with Rylee for any future issues.

Thank You Bill, setting up an emergency appointment and stopping by at 11:00 pm to help resolve the issue was an example of great customer service by Rylee Home Services. I would not think for a minute before recommending them with family and friends. Bill was crisp and clear in explaining the issue, resolution, sharing information with warranty support company. He was constantly following up to make sure that the process does not stop because of lack of information. He was on time as planned for replacing the defective part, was there to make sure that the system is working as expected. Helped me with information on all the questions I asked. Thank you again for the making sure that the issue was resolved.

I don't have enough superlatives for Rylee Home Services. My air conditioner was out for almost a month and between Sears, who installed it and another HVAC pro, they could not figure out what was wrong, even suggesting that I get a new unit. When Bill, one of the owners, arrived, he took a look and said that he was fairly positive that he could figure out what the problem was and get it fixed. It took him about 5 to 10 minutes and he realized what part was bad and told me that he'd have two of his guys come and replace the part. They arrived about 20 minutes later, replaced the part and now, I've got AC again. They are totally professional, extremely experienced and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Rylee Home Services for any of you are HVAC needs.
