I prepared a five course beer dinner not to long ago for a dinner party. I love to pair food and beer; its always a great time.

Whom ever you chose you should feel comfortable with that person, confident that he/she can deliver and that they don't overwhelm you with fancy words. ( ie. Sausage en croute= pigs in a blanket)
