- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are honest and fair... If i set a cost that's what its going to be.. The last thing I want is to try to get more from a person than necessary or originally priced out to be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I find that works best, depending on the job of course, is to speak with the customer in person, and see the job before saying what the cost of the project will be for sure..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of college education studying business on top of all the on the job training I've had over the years.
