What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for my photography services is simple, the price I quoted you on your request is the final price. This includes all the photos I take. Also included is editing and associated travel fees. There are no hidden costs or additional fees. Please let me know if you have any questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know as much about your special event or photography needs prior to the contracted date. There is always a phone call involved and I am always open to meeting in person to show my portfolio. I believe in that you should know the personality of your photographer prior to your special event or photo shoot. It makes everyone more comfortable and open. Once I get all the required information I will email you a basic photography contract that goes over your contracted services. I require this for every client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken college level photography classes and have attended countless lectures regarding photography and photography business. I’ve also taken adobe photoshop classes for post processing my photos. I also attend trade shows to be up on all of the latest photography technology.
