Thank you to Howie, Johny and the entire crew for a job well done! Howie's honesty and professionalism was the reason I chose First Class to demo my basement and install a drain and sump pump to keep it dry. The price quote that I was given by Howie was below what I thought I would be quoted and was extremely competitive. Johny and the crew were extremely courteous and professional and got the entire demo and waterproofing done in 1 day! They cleaned up both inside and out so that you wouldn't have even known they were here. I was impressed with the quality of their workmanship! First Class Waterproofing was excellent. We used them to install a french drain on our warehouse and they were exceptional. Very reasonably priced, communicated the entirety of the project and sent pictures to provide regular updates and answered all of my questions. Especially Howie was fantastic definitely ask for him if you work with the company.

Howie and his team were very prompt and professional all through the process of installing a French drain on my foundation wall in the basement. Howie took the time to run my options and explain everything in great detail (which a lot of companies just give you a price and basically say trust me, but Howie actually made me feel comfortable choosing his company) and worked with me on the price. However, the French drain did create a radon issue but I called Howie in this regard and he had his lead installer come out and reseal the nipple board and sump pit for me, which I hope works in the long run, but most companies wouldn’t even answer a call back like this, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Howie and his crew for your waterproofing needs. I’ll definitely use them again for some other projects coming up.
