Ali responded to my inquiry immediately. Upon arrival he assessed the electrical issue I was having, thoroughly explained the reason why it happened and the solution to the problem. He was kind enough to stick around for 15-20 minutes to ensure the electrical issue did not return nor occur again. Ali is a professional in every sense of the word.
