Brandon evaluated a recently installed floor (done by a different installer) that I had major issues with; he gave he honest opinions, potential costs, and alternative solutions to address the problems. Regardless of my decision to not have work done by Brandon I trusted what he said completely, if I was going to correct the floor I would not hesitate to have DHW (Brandon) do the work.

What I thought would be a professional experience with Brandon and his wife Fatima’s was far from that. He will do whatever initially to get his foot in the door and book the job even promising you a warranty but once issues arise he will ignore you and say he’s coming back but never show up. BEWARE of this man and his business practices. We would have never paid him over $5000 for our job for him to never respond as promised. If you do pay him don’t pay in cash. Only on a card so you can dispute it if needed. I would NOT use this man.
