Needed to replace 4 outdoor GFI outlets due to occasional tripping (and age of the outlets) Was happy to see all 5 star reviews for Mr Electric and decided to contact them for an estimate. Received quick reply, along with availability in 2 days which worked out great for my schedule. Jesus arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and concerned about tracking in dirt from shoes- offering to use booties inside.
I walked with him around the house to show him where the 4 outlets were located, along with the electrical panel in my basement. He gave me an estimate that I thought was a good value and he began his work. After he replaced everything, he showed me the new outlets, then explained some issues I had with my old outlets that i was unaware of, and I clearly saw the difference when looking at condition of my old outlets. Very pleased with his work and I would not hesitate to contact them again for my future electrical work

Trey and his team were extremely helpful in bailing us out on a rainy night when a tree fell on the powerlines and us loosing complete power. Him and his team member worked almost 2.5 hours to restore temporary power. Then Trey shared a clear and transparent written estimate after assessing the electrical damage. His men were on time to complete all repairs and kept me informed during the work. Very clean, absolutely no mess and work well done. I called Mr Electric of Monroe and left a message regarding a letter received from JCP&L about my loose Meter Socket. Trey of Mr Electric promptly returned my call that afternoon, scheduled an electrician (Jesus) to come by the very next morning, gave me an estimate on the spot & completed my work that same day. Prior to their arrival I received a text that they were on their way. The text included the electricians name and a clear color photo of Jesus so I knew who to expect at my door.
