Ricci (Rob) is the best!! I had an emergency and my water heater needed to be repaired before a snow storm. I contacted Rob way past midnight. He replied to me by 5 am and was at my house by 8 am. After an inspection he realized the entire tank needs to be replaced. He did the entire job in 3 hours!!! My wife and baby are grateful! Thank you and God Bless
