It’s incredibly rare to find someone like Nick. The amount of times people half do a job, or I have to hire someone else to fix the job that the last handyman messed up. So often that I have learned to do things on my own out of necessity And sometimes you just need a professional, because I don’t have the skill or the time ! Also, who are we kidding sometime in this economy I don’t have the money. It’s nothing worse than spending hard earned money to get something done and you do your part, and the person you choose doesn’t. If you have ever been worried, having anxiety around picking a reliable efficient person you need Nick. This is my first time ever feeling like I could leave, come back and the problem will be resolved and it will look beautiful. NICK not only gets the job done efficiently but also respects your space, understands your vision, and follows through with care and professionalism. Nick repaired three doors in my property (a front heavy door, closet door, and bathroom door) in under an hour. What truly impressed me was his thoughtful touch: he brought beautiful, high-quality materials that perfectly matched the aesthetic direction of my remodel!! He listened to what I was looking for ahead of time and asked me. I’ve hired dozens of people. No one has ever asked me my vision for the finished project first and brought with him the materials I would’ve actually picked out myself . That kind of design consideration is something I rarely see in contractors, and it made a huge difference. It felt like he actually cared about my property—not just finishing a task. If someone caring for your hundred-year-old home with respect and love is important to you. He is the person to choose. He worked in a tenant’s unit that was nearly 90°, stayed polite and focused the entire time, and even offered to clean up his work area when he was done. It’s hard to find someone who balances all of this—reliability, cleanliness, efficiency, and the ability to really listen to your vision—and Nick does it with ease. Both my partner and I were impressed we often get let down with contractors and Nick was a fantastic surprise,. For my husband, it’s about someone who’s reliable and gets the job done right. For me, it’s about someone who understands the look and feel I’m going for. Nick met both of our needs, and that’s rare. I’ll absolutely be using him again—and again.
