At first i was unsure what was going on with my life. I've had almost everything I needed and wanted with my life but felt so disorganized and out of grip trying to achieve my Dream. Steve helped me catch a grip onto the important aspects and to take control of what I felt was slipping away! My thoughts were cloudy and deep and I was just over thinking each route. I am so pleased to have Steve help me realize what I was missing and to advance from where I thought I would be stuck forever. Thank you Steve for coaching me and putting me back on track!

I have known Steve for 1+ years after joining the team he was part of. Steve’s depth of knowledge is complimented by his passion for aiding in the growth and development of others. He is a natural when it comes to coaching; it is in his DNA. I know firsthand because his talent mindset and coaching mentality have truly helped to shape me into a better person and have accelerated my growth and development as I transitioned into the team. During the last year, one of the projects we worked together on was creating program training decks and Steve always made it a priority to help in my growth and development by explaining concepts that I was unfamiliar with and allowing me to ask questions, even though he could have easily avoided doing so. Steve is honest and straightforward - he tells it like it is while still being encouraging, as a good leader does. His ability to navigate the organization, various personalities, perform his 9-to-5 and still dedicate time to helping others grow and develop is impressive. Last month, when I asked him if he would mind meeting with me to provide feedback on my updated individual development plan he didn’t hesitate to say yes. And once again, he provided some great insights and advice that will help with the trajectory of my career. What I liked most about working with Steve was the fact that he didn’t just listen to me complain or vent, he actually rationalized every situation I spoke about and helped me come up with very valuable solutions. He gave me a perspective on things that I may have never thought about before. He doesn’t take sides, but he puts forth his best effort to understand both sides and come to a medial solution. I never felt judged, always felt understood, and continued to revisit the things he has helped me learn and understand about myself.

I have known Steve for several years, a co-worker of his. I enjoyed working with Steve as a coach. He was very prepared for our discussions, very patient and never made you feel like you were on the clock or saying the wrong things. Steve will succeed as a coach for sure.

I offer multiple packages to make it easy for clients to choose what works best for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I leverage a unique and successful process tailored to each client's personal needs to help them gain clarity as to what is most important to them and then guide them through a process that keeps them continuously motivated by maximizing their self esteem and ongoing progress until they reach their goal. My clients enjoy the journey almost as much as achieving their ultimate goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Coach through the Jay Shetty certification school and accredited with the National Association for Coaching, European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Canadian Training Accreditation Certification Organization.
