FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing here. Each job is different, and requires different tools, specialty, and time, so each job gets its own pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule an onsite visit. We always like to meet with the customer at the site of the project to know what will be required to get the job done, and to make sure that everyone's expectations are clear and understood. After the onsite visit, we will email or hand deliver a formal estimate laying out what work will be done, the cost of the project, and terms of the agreement. Once the customer has read over and agreed to the terms, they can then sign and return the estimate via email, mail, or we can pick it up. Once we have a signed estimate, we place them on the schedule and begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rowan University which drives a close attention to detail, and assures that everything is done right, and not just good enough.
