I cannot say enough amazing things about Spence Home Services—especially Branden! As a childcare center owner, I am extremely careful about who I allow into my space, and Branden exceeded every expectation I had. Thank goodness I have finally found a plumber for life. Never going to look elsewhere.
From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t rush the job, and made sure the work was done perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way—not just the fast way.
What really stood out to me was his patience and honesty. No upselling, no pressure—just genuine service and solutions. That kind of integrity is rare these days.
On top of all that, he left everything spotless when he finished, which is HUGE in a childcare environment. It honestly felt like we had someone who treats your home (or business) like it’s his own.
