- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a minimum hourly rate, however we can negotiate it based on the size and duration of the projects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for an antique dealer based in Maplewood NJ. We restored high-end antiques for the Design Center in Manhattan. When the need arose for him to have a bigger location to store and restore the furniture and other antiques, he decided to buy a large building and do a full renovation. My boss decided to do most of the work himself but he needed my help. We spent a big part of the year restoring the building from top to bottom. Since then, I found out that I love restoring houses and working with my hands. I have worked in both Residential and Commercial buildings since and I am very happy doing it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a very long range of customers from Home Owners to Commercial Clients and High End Retailers.
