- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and a diverse range of technology options to suit different customer needs. We didn’t start our work for the first year of ownership, but we’re committed to providing exceptional service. We’ll service any product we’ve installed or any product our customers require us to at any time in the future. We also offer volume discounts based on the scope of the work and service contracts on a predetermined schedule or an emergency basis if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer a brief consultation, either via phone or in person, to survey the client’s home and get a sense for the intended needs of the project. We are also happy to consult with a client’s general contractor or other trade professional who might also be possibly working in the space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in audio recording and production, and I’ve spent the last 15 years working in the live sound event industry for a number national brands and artist. I significant number of relationships within this industry and I’m have existing relationship with many of the top manufacturers who make products and services for Home theaters artificial system, and smart home technology.
