They were overbooked. For a 3 bed 3 bath, we only had 1 person for the first few hours. They have tools but those were being shared between cleaning projects; took a very long time to get the cleaning done (approx 5 hours, which typically takes 2.5-3 hours)

Did not remove basic stains which one could wipe with tissue easily. Please do not do not waste your money. They are highly unprofessional ,calling us as racists when we pointed out some stained spots!! When we said we wanted you to clean first and then only we will pay they said they will call police. Extremely unprofessional and left it super stainy!
