- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and based on the size of the space and the type of service requested. I don’t add hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront so customers know exactly what to expect. I also offer discounts for recurring services (weekly or monthly cleanings) as well as special package deals for larger projects. My goal is to provide excellent quality at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to the customer’s needs and expectations. Then, I assess the space and provide clear recommendations. After we agree on a plan, I carry out the service with attention to detail, always checking in to make sure the client is satisfied. My goal is to build long-term trust through professionalism and quality.
