Hired him for two ceiling crack repairs in a high-rise condo — one from an old water leak with staining, one near an air diffuser. He ran a bit behind, but communicated ahead of time and kept me updated on his arrival, so it was never an issue.
The work itself was the part that impressed me. He used Zinsser B-I-N shellac primer to block the water stain and setting-type compound for the patching, opened the cracks properly instead of just skimming over them, and feathered the patches out wide so they disappear into the ceiling. Brought his own fans, dropcloths, and cleaned up after. Finished in a single day.
Fair price, right materials, no shortcuts. Would hire again.

Victor did a fabulous painting job at our new home. He understood my vision perfectly and executed it with sheer precision. He painted my living room as well as the bedroom and also did really classy accent walls. Whenever we have guests they praise the work.

This is my 3rd time using Averos. I had him paint an entire room. He did an excellent job. I called him back a few weeks later because I wanted a floating shelf to be removed. He removed it, did some spackling, then painted. The area looked like new. Then today I used him again to spackle and paint a small hole that was cut into the ceiling. Again, he did an excellent job. Punctual and professional. That earns my nod. I’ll be using him next time.

Victor was one of the most professional painters I have ever worked with! He has a super timely and hardworking respectful team. I gave his team a really tough project - last minute breakdown and clean up of studio walls and repainting which included sticky soundproofing that was hard to remove. The team did a FLAWLESS JOB. It was really nice that Victor spoke perfect English and was easy to communicate with.
