I called Frank the same day my tenant called me saying that her toilet bowl and sink was stopped up. Mind you I live in another state and he accepted the job by going over to the condo to see what was going on. He communicated with me the entire time letting me know what was wrong, what was needed and even made my tenant feel comfortable by replacing the toilet bowl and clearing the sink drain out. -----------Great customer service

Frank recently installed a medicine cabinet and TV wall mount in my new home. After getting behind the walls there were some logistical challenges, but Frank resolved them like a pro. He was very methodical and didn’t rush the job, and the work turned out great. I’d use Best Touch Development again.
