Arranged pick up last week for Monday AM haul. Worker called ahead of coming, arrived promptly and ready to work. Beautifully completed the job in less than 1/2 hour for the prearranged, competitive fee, no additional add ons. Courteous, promp, efficient and professional. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them for bulk removal

I would like to choose all 5. These guys at Bulk B Gone came to do a job & conquered it with a quickness. It was very hot that day so they came early, which was a smart decision. I will hire them as many times as needed & I’ll refer this company to others. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon weight not volume as is charged at the landfills.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves to the new clients and assess the work based on the client/s description and render an estimate. If the estimate is acceptable, we then set an appointment to pick up. We reassess upon arrival and having a visual of the project and give a final pricing which may be adjusted above or below the estimate. Phone estimates are give to respect the time of our clients, our workers and our business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 years in the business. We worked for a rubbish removal company before we decided to branch out on our own.
