Introduction: As an educator in urban schools I saw firsthand the effects food deserts had on students and families. I always had a love for cooking and food and started to teach my students how to grow their own food and cook it. I want to show people how healthy ingredients can be turned into appetizing dishes. My travels inspired my use of culturally diverse ingredients and fusion while also using local seasonal ingredients here. My dream is to help create food accessibility and inspire people to eat and cook healthier sustainably grown foods.

You want incredible, creative and delicious food Queer Kitchen is definitely one for hire. Not only is Steph personable and knowledgeable able of sustainability in foods, freshness, and healthiness, they are detail oriented toward flavors that pop. Steph doesn't settle for mediocre, no, she fires up the plate with love and talent. Not only that, but to have queer life and visibility in cooking is amazing. Over feasts, not only does Queer Kitchen make a laugh but builds community in intersectionality and diversity. Thank you for all the incredible experiences Chef Steph! I believe Chef Steph works amazing with everyone from all ages, and you can learn so many different techniques and more from her by just having fun cooking! No serious home chefs...instead get the personal chef you need for a fun, learning experience or just to have a fun cooking experience!:D also... the food is AMAZING! You can’t beat having such healthy, delicious food!

We are all about bringing you a unique experience. Farm to table meals are a lot of fun for us. We did a small private party for a family on Labor Day where we implemented the many different herbs grown in Chef Steph's garden. Pineapple sage was a hit!
