We recently - or rather just at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic - had some old 8mm home movies digitized. The results were amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, communicated efficiently and delivered in time, despite the lockdown. Can't go wrong with Everpresent.

Best thing we could have done with our old home movies. So simple, quick and easy. Fantastic service, the entire family is very happy with the results. I've read horror stories about home movies getting lost in the mail, never to be seen again. EverPresent takes out the mail system, making it much more reliable and I never doubted our movies would be returned safely to us!! Thank you so much. I highly recommend using this service.

Best decision ever made was to get our old DVD videos transferred to a flash drive - Connecting with EverPresent was so EASY! We dropped off our box of DVD videos at a local pickup in Montclair NJ. Within 6 weeks we had our DVD's on a flash drive (dated and titled) .. able to share with our family online. The team at EverPresent is friendly and easy to work with. They gave us a quote up front and delivered on time. I would definitely work with them again! Took all our worries away - videos were clear! So happy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For digitizing we have unit pricing per photo or video. For custom services, like design or organizing, our standard rate is $70/hour. We do offer volume discounts as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's up to the client. For smaller projects where clients are in a hurry, they simply need to drop off the order and we return it quickly with limited hassle. For in depth projects, we will literally come to your home and spend a half-day with you going over all aspects of the project to compile a plan and budget - all with no obligation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our consultants are certified by APPO, where we are an approved national provider. We were recently awarded Associate Member of the Year by the New England Association of Professional Organizers. Our technicians almost universally carry degrees from respected photography or film programs.
