I cannot say enough amazing things about Spence Home Services—especially Branden! As a childcare center owner, I am extremely careful about who I allow into my space, and Branden exceeded every expectation I had. Thank goodness I have finally found a plumber for life. Never going to look elsewhere.
From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t rush the job, and made sure the work was done perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way—not just the fast way.
What really stood out to me was his patience and honesty. No upselling, no pressure—just genuine service and solutions. That kind of integrity is rare these days.
On top of all that, he left everything spotless when he finished, which is HUGE in a childcare environment. It honestly felt like we had someone who treats your home (or business) like it’s his own.
If you’re looking for a plumber you can trust, do yourself a favor and call Spence Home Services—and ask for Branden specifically. You will not regret it. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know!

Perfect experience with Brendan - quickly responsive, very reasonable in price (but not so reasonable it scared me), seamless quality and he was so professional/pleasant

Had kitchen sink leak on Sat evening. Tried to fix myself but connections were tricky. Branden came by on Sunday morning, and was able to put together the connections well with new rubber rings and no need to replace pipes. Great work.

Kitchen - Pipe under the drain rusted and a hole appeared, causing a leak.
- Responded quickly, came on time, was affordable and got the job done. I even had time to do my laundry and get my hair done.
