I cannot say enough amazing things about Spence Home Services—especially Branden! As a childcare center owner, I am extremely careful about who I allow into my space, and Branden exceeded every expectation I had. Thank goodness I have finally found a plumber for life. Never going to look elsewhere.
From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t rush the job, and made sure the work was done perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way—not just the fast way.
What really stood out to me was his patience and honesty. No upselling, no pressure—just genuine service and solutions. That kind of integrity is rare these days.
On top of all that, he left everything spotless when he finished, which is HUGE in a childcare environment. It honestly felt like we had someone who treats your home (or business) like it’s his own.

Great team! They went above and beyond to replace my sink and faucet. 3 plumbers came before them and said they had to remove my countertop, dishwasher and or cabinets to replace it. Spence and his partner literally cut the sink so it can be inserted without removing anything else. Amazing job!

Had kitchen sink leak on Sat evening. Tried to fix myself but connections were tricky. Branden came by on Sunday morning, and was able to put together the connections well with new rubber rings and no need to replace pipes. Great work.

My tenants had a broken faucet. Spencer came the next day to fix it. And also fixed a broken pipe under the sink.

These guys are rock stars!!! They responded to my inquiry within minutes and arrived at my house a short time after - on a SUNDAY! They were extremely professional, friendly, and responsible. They fixed an extremely clogged kitchen sink that had years of built up food debris way down in the pipes. They wore masks the entire time, and cleaned up when they were done. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them!
