Great team! They went above and beyond to replace my sink and faucet. 3 plumbers came before them and said they had to remove my countertop, dishwasher and or cabinets to replace it. Spence and his partner literally cut the sink so it can be inserted without removing anything else. Amazing job!

We had a bathroom vanity and faucet installed by Spence. He was on time, carried the vanity up to the second floor and figured out how to do the install without moving the pipes. He came back to make an adjustment within a day. Very satisfied with the service - will be hiring again.

Spence came for a broken shower valve. With my busy schedule he made several accommodations to complete the job. The only reason why I took a star is the fact that Spencer wasn’t clear on the quality of the shower valve installed which now has an issue with temps there (it takes a while to warm up). My suggestion is to give everyone an option as to quality even though it may increase the price. Had I known that, I would have asked for a better quality valve
