Going into this process, we knew very little about buying a home. We had gone through a couple of different agents who just didn't seem very interested in finding us what we were looking for. Larry totally turned things around for us, and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect place. Not only did he find us the perfect place, but he stayed with us every step of the way, from helping us to choose an attorney to making sure the inspector checked every last inch of our home. He was always available, any day of the week to answer or questions and concerns. Larry genuinely had our best interests at heart, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had him as our agent.

From the minute I met Larry, I knew that he was the real estate agent for me.His professionalism, preparedness and communication skills impressed me.I have met other Realtors but none of them were as amazing as Larry. I knew very little about the home buying process but Larry helped me through every step. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and patient. He was always available when needed (day or night). Finding the perfect house wasnt easy and I was very picky (It took me 5 months with numerous showings) but Larry worked hard and never gave up even when I almost did. Every time we visited a new house Larry would look for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of the construction, a good look at electrical and plumbing, appliances, etc. Im happy to say I have a new home now thanks to Larry and Im very grateful.
