FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on scope, complexity, and the level of ongoing oversight required. Ongoing accounting work is typically structured as a monthly fee. Tax preparation and one-time reviews are quoted as flat projects after a brief intake. I don't discount based on speed or urgency, but I'm transparent about pricing upfront so expectations are clear before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short intake to understand your setup, goals, and what currently feels unclear. From there, I review your information, confirm scope, and outline next steps before any work begins. Once we're aligned, communication stays direct and consistent so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and have over 10 years of experience across public and private accounting environments. I've worked alongside CPA firms and supported business owners with tax preparation, financial review, and ongoing reporting. I'm an IRS-authorized tax preparer (PTIN holder) and e-file provider.
