Excellent! John clearly communicated and helped coordinate the service he provided. John was on punctual, and informed me 15 minutes prior to arrival and called when he arrived! Extremely clean; he put on covers over his shoes when arriving. Very organized and exact. He cleaned up after putting dresser together; all drawers worked and cabinet very stable. Not a spec of styrofoam, plastic, or cardboard in my front room. How John describes his services is fully accurate. He is dependable, and delivers what he says he can do. If there is a repair that can’t be done, John will truthfully tell you if he can fix it or not; he is trustworthy. John put together our cabinet/dresser in our front door entrance way. For almost a year we had no time to assemble. I was trying to surprise my wife when she came home from a long day of work. John put it together within under an hour. My wife was extremely happy; haven’t seen her this happy in a while. Her smile lit up the room, and she even did a “happy dance.” Greatly appreciate your help in a short amount of notice and appreciate your prompt response in coordinating the repairs. He is Excellent, and I will only request John’s skilled craftsmanship/engineer moving forward.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep things simple and straightforward—no surprise charges. I’ll always let you know the price before I start. If you have a bigger project or several pieces, I can usually work out a discount. My goal is to give you quality work at a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“When I work with someone new, I start by listening to what they need and making sure I fully understand the project. Then I’ll give an estimate of time and cost so there are no surprises. On the day of the job, I show up on time with my own tools and keep everything clean while I work. I always double-check the final result with you before leaving to make sure you’re happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a mechanical design engineer by profession, with years of hands-on experience in building, assembling, and working with different materials. Outside of my engineering career, I’ve completed hundreds of furniture assembly and home projects, which gave me both technical skills and real-life problem-solving experience. I combine my professional background with practical know-how to make sure every job is done right.
