This is a late review, this work was done over Dec-Feb, 2025. CGT came into our planned Primary bathroom project renovation, which was a top to bottom redesign, including the closet. We had already designed and purchased all the materials, and our initial contractor did not work out. They immediately proposed a price which was competitive. The work was done on time, on budget, no overruns, and they absorbed some rework costs and handled the punch list without question. What I especially liked was the project management communications and the fact that they brought in specialists for each step; tile, electrical, plumbing, paint and all framing were done by different specialists who clearly knew their craft. I really appreciated the entire team, they were on time, kept the workspace clean and did quality work. I kind of regret I don't have any more projects of this scale at my house at this point; I would hire them again absolutely and recommend them without reservation.

We just used CGT Construction (JJ) to completely renovate our rowhome in Fishtown which began in Jan '24 and ended in Aug '24. Given every room was touched - including a full kitchen reno, basement stairway move and new bathroom/laundry - I am impressed it was completed in eight months. We loved working with JJ especially as he has strong attention to detail and would acknowledge when things needed fixing / to be re-done. ***Many contractors will not do this. When changes were needed to the plan as this was our first reno of this nature, he was VERY FAIR in the cost of the change. Yes, we needed to keep on the day-to-day workers to ensure our quality standards and things did need to be re-done to meet them. However, I cannot stress enough 1) how reasonable the costs were and 2) how wonderful it is to work with JJ whom would at least agree when things needed redoing and ensure it was done (without added cost).
In the photos, you will see - Fireplace/hearth that was not there previously (new but salvaged so looks old), new window to yard that was not there, full bathroomremodels and full kitchen remodel.

The General Manager JJ was very easy to work with. We relied on his expertise when we needed. He was not pushy or overbearing and remained accessible throughout the entire project. He gave us a start and end date and finished on schedule.
We have such a small area to work with in our bathroom. They were able to utilize every area including giving us a closet for our bathroom supplies.
The project manager Mike would stop every day to see how things were progressing, to deliver supplies and to see how we felt about the progress. His is a great asset to JJ.
Their crew was very polite, experienced, and hard working. These guys literally worked from the minute they came in until they left. They checked with us to see if we were satisfied on a daily basis. They made sure they cleaned up every day. No matter if it was the demolition guys, the plumber, the painter or tile guys they never argued, raised their voices or cursed. Even when some changes were made mid-way through.
They just completed our new bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier. As you will see in the pictures, our bathroom looks like a 5-star hotel bathroom.
With all that being said, this company gets a 10 out of 10 stars from us.
CGT Construction LLC is a fantastic company, and it would be a mistake NOT to hire them for your next project.

We dont have a flat price for any project. It varies depends on the project. We have free on site estimate. And there is not any hidden fees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the house for free estimate. I send a quote within 3 days and if everything is fine, l email the contract through docusign. Materials are picked in our office

I have studied in civil engineering and l had master of business administation
