What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
9 times out of 10 my fees are less then most Property Management Companies. I also do not charge when the rental is vacant nor ask for a percentage towards any types of repairs whether major or minor. All Addendums or extensions " ALL PAPERWORK" is included in my monthly fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years and in the past have personally owned over 65 units at one time. Now I give my knowledge to other " Investors" who need my services for my experience and/or for a local presence close to your investment.
